Postworkout: 160g Pro Gainer in 350ml water
2. Meal:  330g chickenbreast, 250g rice, 1tbs oil, 1 tabs Zymax
3. Meal: 330g chickenbreast, 250g pasta, 1bs oil, 1 tabs Zymax
Preworkout: 40g 100% Isolate
During training: 50g Energizer in 600ml water + 5g Pure GLutamin
Postworkout: 160g Pro Gainer in 350ml water
4. Meal: 330g chickenbreast, 250g pasta, 1tbs oil, 1 tab Zymax
